The Day Before
Often the day before the fast freaks me out more than the actual day of the fast.
Guess its that whole expectations vs outcome thing at play.
Make no mistake, tommorow is going to be a long, hard day.
Had some One Hit Wonder technical issues so it will be appearing tomorrow instead.

I know. It's so wierd.
So much build up, bursting because I have drunk so much water and just waiting for Thursday night. Tomorrow is going to be one big black hole.
I hear you. Not looking forward to tomorrow at all.
In Australia. we've already been fasting for about six hours. Going to go to sleep now and by the time I wake up, there will only be around nine hours to go.
Just got to work. Its just after 9am here in New York. By the time we finish the fast, you folk down under will probably already be into next week!
Wisey - How you faring so far?
Carly - One thing I forgot to mention is to stop drinking coffee. Its what I always do beforehand to cope.
Anon - Ah, fasting in Australia. I remember those good times well.
