Winding Down
The rest of the year is now in holiday mode which isn't the case here. All just regular as usual and truth be told, it does feel a bit weird to come into work both on Xmas Day and Boxing Day.
So when much of your work involves overseas people, it's a bit quiet.
At home Mrs DCDI isn't feeling well so looking after her and hoping she will improve soon.

If it makes you feel any better, in the States no one has heard of Boxing Day either- in London the country shuts down for practically a week between Christmas Eve and New Year's.. Here it's back to work as usual, and not even any Cadbury's to make the transition easier!
P.S- Can we borrow Shane Warne?
What the hell is Boxing Day anyway ? Do people gather round and watch Rocky, Raging Bull, and The Hurricane ?
Sounds good to me !!
Marissa - Not sure how you survive without Cadbury's? They don't have pantomines either!
You can have Warney but I'd lock up all the girls first.
Anon - Boxing Day is the day after Xmas. It is a Commonwealth thing. I guess you are from the States. Not sure if the Commonwealths of Kentucky, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Virginia celebrate it though.
