Concrete Jungle

Ventured out to Malha last night for a 7-Blessings.

One thing is apparent about the mall. 14 years down the track it is well past its prime. Outgrown about 100 fold, there is an astounding lack of elevators, escalators and parking.

It is simply too small and badly outdated.

It opened in 1993, the same year as the renovated Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv which is in even worse shape than Malha.

The thing about Malha is that no matter when you go there, there seems to be a sizable crowd present. Word of warning for those reading this. Do not venture out to Malha towards the end of this week or during Chol Ha'Moed unless it is absolute necessary. During this time of year, it becomes like a jungle.

Past it's prime, is putting it so damn mildly.
